For Nora Grey, romance was not part of the plan. She’s never
been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how much her
best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch came along. With his easy
smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Nora is drawn to him against her
better judgment.
But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora’s not sure
who to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is, and to know more about her
than her closest friends. She can’t decide whether she should fall into his
arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds
herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her
feel.
For Nora is right in the middle of an ancient battle between
the immortal and those that have fallen – and, when it comes to choosing sides,
the wrong choice will cost her life.
What I thought:
I have to
start by saying that this is the first ‘angel’ book that I’ve ever read ....TOTAL
FRIGGIN EPICNESS!! This book was also the reason I became so YA book obsessed!
PATCH=
O.M.G = Pure Hotness!! He is definitely my favourite “bad boy” of
all times! He is mysterious, hot, sexy and sweet! He is one of the
reasons you should read this book!
I really liked Nora as well, she was sweet and little naïve.
I totally loved Vee, her best friend! She was hilarious and friggin amazing!
When I started reading this book I just couldn’t put it
down! Wherever I went, whether it was me waiting in the car of walking to one
place to another, I was constantly reading !
I really
loved this book and it’s definitely one of my favourite! It has
basically everything in it; romance, action, mystery and great friendship!
I definitely recommend this book to all YA book lovers out
there!
This book is a must-read especially to those who love YUM
bad boys ;)
